Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
ability to stand for extended periods
able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
ability to follow food safety protocols
capable of working in a fast-paced environment
dependable and punctual
ability to work cooperatively with team members

Job Qualifications

Motivated and team-oriented
friendly and dependable
experience in a fast food or restaurant kitchen environment preferred
ability to follow detailed instructions
good communication skills
basic food safety knowledge

Job Duties

Prepare food orders as they are displayed on the kitchen order screens
keep station clean, neat and organized
follow brand standards for product assembly and product holding standards
be able to take product temperatures and enter them into the daily temperature tracking forms
fill out date and time records for product thaw, prep and production levels
work with other crew members to fulfill orders in a timely manner
filter and quick clean fryers to brand standards
breakdown and clean equipment
back of house product stocking
back of house cleaning and organizing
follow all food safety standards
