Job Requirements

  • must be available to work Saturday and Sunday dinners
  • ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen tasks
  • reliable and punctual attendance
  • ability to follow detailed cooking instructions
  • flexible to work day and night shifts
  • legal authorization to work in the country
  • food handler’s certification preferred

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a commercial kitchen preferred
  • understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • willingness to learn and adapt to new cooking techniques

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook BBQ dishes according to standardized recipes and techniques
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
  • collaborate with team members to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
  • monitor cooking temperatures and food quality to meet safety and taste standards
  • assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
  • adhere to health and safety regulations
  • provide excellent customer service by ensuring dishes meet guest expectations
