- must be available to work Saturday and Sunday dinners
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen tasks
- reliable and punctual attendance
- ability to follow detailed cooking instructions
- flexible to work day and night shifts
- legal authorization to work in the country
- food handler’s certification preferred
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a commercial kitchen preferred

Job Duties
- prepare and cook BBQ dishes according to standardized recipes and techniques
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
- collaborate with team members to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- monitor cooking temperatures and food quality to meet safety and taste standards
- assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
- adhere to health and safety regulations
- provide excellent customer service by ensuring dishes meet guest expectations
