Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a line cook or in food preparation preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for extended periods
Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Experience in a professional kitchen or similar culinary environment
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to follow recipes and portion controls accurately
Strong attention to detail and quality
Effective communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

Following established food safety guidelines, recipes, standards, and procedures
Maintaining a clean and food-safe environment
Passionately preparing, portioning, and/or cooking food items according to quality specifications
Assessing ingredients and items for freshness and quality, rotating product appropriately
Being a team player
