Job Qualifications
- Previous kitchen, culinary, or chef experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment such as knives, slicers, mixers, stoves, ovens, broilers, and pizza ovens desired
- Ability to follow recipes and food preparation guidelines
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a high-volume restaurant environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to company recipes and standards
- Ensure the highest quality food is properly executed
- Use and maintain various kitchen equipment including knives, slicers, mixers, stoves, ovens, broilers, and pizza ovens
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with managers and team members
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Assist with inventory and kitchen stock as needed
