Job Requirements
- Proven experience in a high-end kitchen environment (private club, luxury hotel, or fine dining)
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks during service
- Strong knife skills and understanding of culinary fundamentals
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks (lift up to 50 lbs, bend, twist, reach, etc.)
- Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced setting
- Professional demeanor and appearance at all times

- Proven experience in upscale restaurant, luxury hotel, or private club kitchen environment
- Strong knife skills and understanding of culinary fundamentals
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks during service
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Execute menu items with precision, following standardized recipes and presentation standards
- Rotate confidently across multiple stations within the kitchen
- Maintain the highest standards for cleanliness, food handling, and kitchen organization
- Demonstrate expert-level understanding of various cooking techniques
- Take full ownership of assigned duties, delivering consistent, high-quality results
- Communicate clearly and professionally with fellow team members and supervisors
- Support a team-oriented culture through reliability, respect, and shared responsibility
