Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of professional culinary experience
- active food handler's certification or ability to obtain one
- availability to work flexible shifts including day, night, and weekends
- strong organizational and time management skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items up to 50 pounds
- passion for culinary arts and commitment to quality
- positive and energetic attitude

Job Duties
- Develop knowledge and skills in various cooking methods including grill, sauté, and fry
- use knives and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- read and recreate recipes accurately
- maintain consistency in all food preparation
- minimize food waste through cross utilization
- work collaboratively with culinary leadership to create seasonal menus
- prepare workstations with necessary ingredients and equipment
- chop and peel vegetables and cut meat
- maintain a sanitized and orderly kitchen environment
- ensure proper storage of food items and ingredients
- uphold quality standards for all ingredients used
