Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Eligible to work in the United States
Able to lift 50 lbs up to 20 times per day
Commitment to teamwork and success
Flexibility to work varied shifts

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
One or more years of restaurant cooking experience preferred but not required
Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to follow detailed recipes and cooking instructions
Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Capability to work in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in back of house preparation, food prep, or production is beneficial

Job Duties

Prepare food items consistently according to recipe standards
Maintain safe working environment by using proper food handling skills and food safety guidelines
Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly as required
Work cooperatively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and workspace
Follow company principles including respect, integrity, and cleanliness
Assist with food preparation and production tasks as needed
