Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in a standing and walking mode approximately 99% of the shift
- Must have or obtain Food Handler Card as required by local regulations
- Previous experience in fast casual food preparation preferred but not required
- Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Previous cooking experience in a fast casual restaurant is a plus
- Ability to stand for up to 4 hours at a time
- Physically able to walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills
- Must be able to present State or County mandated Food Handler Card within the allotted time
Job Duties
- Prepare farm fresh menu items according to Farmer Boys standards
- Ensure food safety, proper portioning, sizing, packaging, and plating of all menu items
- Maintain speed of service goals by working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Follow all state and county food safety regulations and present Food Handler Card as required
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Assist with kitchen cleanliness and organization
- Participate in hands-on training and online learning courses to improve culinary skills
