- at least 18 years old
- previous cooking experience in a fast-casual restaurant a plus
- physically able to stand up to 4 hours at a time
- able to walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
- spend approximately 99% of time standing or walking
- must present valid food handler card within required time

Job Duties
- prepare menu items according to farm-fresh standards
- ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- portion, size, package, and plate food items accurately
- maintain speed of service goals
- participate in hands-on training and online courses
- stand, walk, bend, and lift as required by the job
- collaborate with kitchen team to ensure smooth operation
