Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years old
- able to stand up to 4 hours at a time and lift up to 50 pounds
- able to present a valid State or County mandated Food Handler Card within the required timeframe
- willingness to work full time or part time
- physically able to bend, walk, and work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous cooking experience in a fast-casual restaurant is a plus
- ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- strong teamwork and communication skills
Job Duties
- prepare farm fresh menu items according to specifications and food safety standards
- ensure accurate portioning, sizing, packaging, and plating of dishes
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations
- assist with achieving speed of service goals
- follow all health and safety regulations
- participate in hands-on training and online learning
- support team members to maintain a collaborative work environment
