Job Requirements
- At least 16 years old
- Previous cooking experience in a fast-casual restaurant a plus
- Ability to stand up to 4 hours at a time
- Ability to walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Approximately 99 percent of time spent standing and/or walking
- Must present State or County mandated Food Handler Card within the time allowed for the specific State or County

Job Duties
- Prepare farm fresh menu items according to food safety standards
- Ensure proper portioning, sizing, packaging, and plating of menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
- Achieve speed of service goals under a fast-paced environment
- Follow all health and safety regulations including obtaining required food handler certification
- Collaborate with team members to support smooth kitchen operations
- Participate in hands-on training and complete online courses for skill development
