Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in food preparation required
  • Experience in the restaurant industry is a plus
  • Bilingual preferred
  • A high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Must be 18 years of age

  • Knowledge of cooking methods including grilling, frying, and sautéing
  • Ability to follow standardized recipes accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and food safety practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepare grilled, broiled, fried, and sautéed food items in accordance with recipes
  • Portion and prepare ingredients such as tempura items and sauces prior to cooking
  • Plate and garnish cooked dishes to high presentation standards
  • Maintain a sanitary and organized kitchen workstation
  • Comply with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
  • Communicate effectively with the Lead Line Cook to ensure timely order completion
  • Report equipment issues and inventory status to the Head Kitchen Chef
