Job Requirements
- Previous experience in food preparation required
- Experience in the restaurant industry is a plus
- Bilingual preferred
- A high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be 18 years of age

- Knowledge of cooking methods including grilling, frying, and sautéing
- Ability to follow standardized recipes accurately
- Strong attention to detail and food safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties
- Prepare grilled, broiled, fried, and sautéed food items in accordance with recipes
- Portion and prepare ingredients such as tempura items and sauces prior to cooking
- Plate and garnish cooked dishes to high presentation standards
- Maintain a sanitary and organized kitchen workstation
- Comply with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
- Communicate effectively with the Lead Line Cook to ensure timely order completion
- Report equipment issues and inventory status to the Head Kitchen Chef
