Job Requirements
- At least 16 years old
- Previous cooking experience in a fast-casual restaurant a plus
- Physically required to stand up to 4 hours at a time
- Ability to walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Approximately 99 percent of time spent standing and/or walking
- Must be able to present State or County mandated Food Handler Card within the required time frame

- Ability to follow food safety protocols
- Eagerness to learn and receive training
- Good physical stamina for prolonged standing and walking
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Possession of State or County mandated Food Handler Card as required
Job Duties
- Prepare farm fresh menu items according to company standards
- Ensure food safety and sanitation compliance
- Maintain proper portioning, sizing, packaging, and plating of food
- Achieve speed of service goals in a fast-paced environment
- Participate in hands-on training and complete online courses
- Assist in keeping the kitchen clean and organized
- Work efficiently as part of a team to support daily operations
