Job Duties

  • Prepare menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
  • Ensure food quality and consistency at every service
  • Maintain highest standards of cleanliness and kitchen safety
  • Monitor inventory and communicate needs to management
  • Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to deliver timely service
  • Follow all health and sanitation guidelines strictly
  • Assist in training new kitchen staff as needed
