Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a professional kitchen
  • Must be available for nights and weekends
  • Ability to work full-time or part-time
  • Comfortable working with hot equipment and kitchen tools
  • Must be able to perform physical kitchen tasks
  • Ability to adhere to safety and sanitation standards
  • Must have a positive and cooperative attitude

Job Duties

  • Prepare fried chicken, pies, sides and biscuits with craft and intention
  • Perform prep, set-up, safety, cleaning and breakdown duties
  • Assist chefs and kitchen team in daily operations
  • Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, flavor and plating
  • Ensure kitchen safety by proper use of equipment and tools
  • Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional guest experiences
  • Adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced kitchen environment
