- Previous experience in food preparation required
- Experience in the restaurant industry is a plus
- Bilingual preferred

- Ability to follow detailed recipes and food safety protocols
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Prepare or direct preparation of all recipes in compliance with portion sizes and quality standards
- Prepare a variety of cold and hot food items using standardized recipes
- Prepare specially requested food items
- Plan food production to coordinate with meal serving hours ensuring quality, temperature, and appearance
- Select and utilize knives, hand tools, utensils and equipment for food preparation and cooking
- Comply with sanitation, personal hygiene, and health standards
- Keep Head Kitchen Chef informed of inventories and report equipment maintenance needs
- Report any unsanitary conditions to the Head Kitchen Chef
- Communicate with Lead Line Cook to facilitate efficient customer order processing
- Follow all federal, state, and local laws, codes, and regulations
- Maintain a neat, organized, and clean work area and clean equipment used in food preparation
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
