Job Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs following safety procedures
- Ability to work in various physical positions including stooping, standing, bending, sitting, kneeling, and squatting for extended periods
- Ability to climb stairs and navigate the property quickly
- Ability to work extended and flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to perform repetitive wrist, hand, and finger motions

Job Duties
- Work with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to deliver vibrant menus
- Ensure all safety procedures are followed and kitchen meets health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Utilize basic cooking techniques such as braising, sautéing, roasting, and grilling
- Demonstrate proficient knife handling skills and correct use of various knives
- Participate in catering food and beverage functions
- Assist in daily preparation and setup of the kitchen
- Maintain high energy and passion throughout service hours
- Manage inventory and production efficiently and timely
- Understand inventory and product controls within culinary guidelines
- Perform duties in all service types including a la carte and buffet
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and personal hygiene at all times
