Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a line cook or similar position
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Strong teamwork and communication skills

- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Cook menu items assigned to station
- Be mindful of special requests and dietary restrictions
- Ensure dishes meet quality standards and adhere to recipes
- Assists sous chefs and head chef in the kitchen
- Dispose spoiled food and other waste material
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure that the kitchen is compliant with health and safety regulations
- Report any issues with kitchen equipment to management
