Job Duties

  • Prepare food honoring guest requests, restrictions and modifications
  • Prepare onion rings, French fries and salads correctly and on time
  • Follow hand-washing and safety procedures
  • Use cut gloves properly
  • Load and operate dishwashing machine and maintain kitchen cleanliness
  • Clean and sanitize work surfaces, utensils and work areas
  • Follow all prep lists using a tablet to ensure food prep consistency
  • Complete daily prep lists within timelines
  • Label products correctly
  • Understand Burger Lounge recipes and demonstrate basic to intermediate knife skills
  • Chop cucumbers, cherry tomatoes and slice potatoes
  • Prepare sauces and keep sauce bottles filled
  • Prepare proteins including beef, chicken, turkey, fish and quinoa to standards
  • Maintain inventory of food and items on salad and fry stations
  • Read tickets and time fryer item preparation with plating
  • Ensure kitchen equipment is regularly maintained and operational
  • Assist in supervising food temperatures and storage
  • Participate in back-of-house opening and closing tasks
  • Carry out other tasks as assigned
