Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Open availability for varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Basic food safety knowledge
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 0 - 2 years of previous related cooking experience beneficial
  • Ability to understand and follow recipes and instructions
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Adaptable and reliable work ethic
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
  • Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
  • Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstations
  • Assist with inventory management and waste reduction efforts
