Job Requirements
- Minimum age 18
- At least 4 years of experience as a line cook preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Proficient in following standardized recipes and food preparation guidelines
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented and guest-focused environment
Job Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- 4+ years of Line Cook experience preferred
- Be a multitask master in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to recreate recipes per Hash Kitchen standards
- Knowledgeable about food safety standards and restaurant cleanliness
- Willing to go the extra mile to create the ultimate guest experience
- Knowledgeable about the menu and the varying products carried by Hash Kitchen
Job Duties
- Cook and prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized Hash Kitchen recipes
- set up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment
- prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food items
- safely utilize a variety of utensils and kitchen equipment, including, knives, ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers, etc.
- arrange, garnish, and portion food according to established Hash Kitchen guidelines
- properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures
- adhere to Hash Kitchen safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation
- perform other duties as assigned by management
