Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Create and maintain a positive work environment fostering teamwork and professional growth
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Communicate effectively with team members during service
- Assist team members as needed to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food
- Keep managers informed of any issues or challenges during daily operations and work together to find timely solutions
- Maintain stock levels of products in workstations and storage areas including coolers and dry storage
- Address any issues related to food quality promptly and effectively
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu including ingredients and preparation techniques
- Prepare food according to standard recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all kitchen areas
- Prepare food items using predetermined methods in a timely and consistent manner
- Set up station with required items to service the restaurant
- Familiarize yourself with menu items, daily specials, and promotions
- Perform setup duties including side stations and food handling areas
- Prepare and assemble menu items according to recipes and customer specifications ensuring quality standards
- Perform general cleaning tasks adhering to health and safety standards
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and internal policies
- Oversee food safety practices including proper storage, handling, and preparation
