Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook all food items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and banquet functions
  • Set up, maintain, and break down assigned kitchen stations
  • Prepare daily specials and side dishes
  • Maintain proper food storage and rotation (FIFO) for all ingredients
  • Keep hot foods above 140°F and cold foods below 40°F at all times
  • Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils after each use
  • Record daily temperatures and ensure proper food safety standards
  • Secure all kitchen areas, coolers, and equipment at the end of shift
  • Assist with additional kitchen duties or special events as assigned
