Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years of kitchen experience in a high-volume or upscale restaurant
- strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen best practices
- ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with all team members
- ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- must be able to safely lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes, portioning, and presentation standards
- maintain compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- properly store and label all food items according to FIFO (First In, First Out) standards
- ensure all dishes leave the kitchen in excellent condition and on time
- record daily production and temperature logs accurately before service
- keep workstations and kitchen equipment clean, organized, and sanitized at all times
- assist with daily prep and ensure all mise en place is ready for service
