Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year experience as a line cook
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen tasks
Must be able to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Qualifications

Have at least 1 year of line cook experience

Job Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet guest satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen work area
Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations
Collaborate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
Participate in training programs and continuous learning opportunities
