Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a line cook
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen tasks
- Must be able to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Job Qualifications

- Have at least 1 year of line cook experience

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen work area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
- Participate in training programs and continuous learning opportunities
