Job Duties

  • Maintain outstanding customer service in processing orders quickly, accurately, and efficiently
  • Clean food preparation equipment and work area
  • Organize, load and unload inventory, and put merchandise away
  • Prepare food for customers, prep and maintain proper levels of food for shifts
  • Ensure ingredients are stored properly and maintain inventory of food and other items
  • Fry, bake, or microwave meat and poultry as needed
  • Cut, carve meat, assemble, measure, and mix ingredients for dishes
  • Maintain cleanliness of all equipment and wares used
  • Create a positive work environment while striving to fulfill and execute the Mission Statement
  • Follow and maintain food safety and HACCP processes
  • Communicate daily with upper management
  • Monitor quality and cleanliness of food and store environment
  • Wash large restaurant pots and pans
  • Empty trash bins in dumpster
  • Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor
