Job Duties

  • Prepare premium steaks, seafood, and plant-based entrees to menu specifications
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Properly store products in walk-in cooler and freezer
  • Maintain organized dry storage areas
  • Clean and maintain cooking stations
  • Monitor ticket times to ensure timely food preparation
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen team members
