Job Duties

Prepare premium steaks, seafood, and plant-based entrees to menu specifications
Ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards
Properly store products in walk-in cooler and freezer
Maintain organized dry storage areas
Clean and maintain cooking stations
Monitor ticket times to ensure timely food preparation
Collaborate effectively with kitchen team members
