Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of experience in food preparation or kitchen environment
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow recipes and food safety procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen tasks
- Must adhere to company uniform and cleanliness standards
Job Qualifications
- Two years of related work experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient in recipe adherence and portion control
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of safe food handling and kitchen safety protocols
- Good communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Positive attitude and professional behavior
Job Duties
- Prepare and maintain quality of assigned menu items according to recipes and specifications
- Ensure station readiness and proper uniform on schedule
- Maintain a brisk and steady work pace eliminating unnecessary steps
- Demonstrate 100% recipe knowledge during prepping and production
- Perform portion control using scales and measuring tools
- Keep kitchen and equipment clean and well-maintained practicing clean as you go
- Stock supplies prior to rush periods and assist with prep tasks
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines
- Support team members and maintain a safe working environment
- Receive, rotate, and stock food supplies as required
