Job Requirements

  • Culinary degree or comparable experience
  • Minimum of 1 year experience cooking on a line
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in hot and cold conditions
  • Ability to communicate clearly and operate as part of a team

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare food to the exact specifications of the chef
  • Work quickly while maintaining quality, portion control, and presentation standards
  • Prepare for food service including cleaning and chopping food and setting up and stocking stations
  • Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Assist with cleaning and stocking
  • Open and close the restaurant and perform related tasks
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and promote teamwork
  • Demonstrate respect, positive energy, and dependability while supporting the restaurant's community and culture
  • Support the restaurant's eco-conscious vision
  • Perform related work as requested
