Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in food service or hospitality management
- Serve Safe Certification at time of hire or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Basic computer literacy including Internet, Email, and word processing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to perform all essential duties with or without accommodation
- Legal right to work in the country without sponsorship
- Availability to work designated schedule including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and sustain mostly standing positions
- Ability to travel between Madison locations

- Legal authorization to work in the country without current or future sponsorship
Job Duties
- Provide the highest quality of service at all times
- Follow Exact Sciences standards for food quality, preparation, recipes, and presentation
- Ensure preparation station and kitchen is set up and stocked
- Assist team members with stocking of stations and setting them up correctly
- Prepare ingredients, cook, and assemble dishes as indicated by recipes
- Perform portion control and minimize waste to keep cost within forecasted range
- Maintain a clean workstation by cleaning prep areas, kitchen equipment, tables, and shelves
- Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner by restocking ingredients and meeting prep times
- Cook menu items with support of the kitchen staff
- Comply with sanitation/safety standards and ensure all personnel follow safety/sanitation standards
- Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
- Provide excellent internal and external customer service
- Exhibit attention to detail and organizational skills
- Work collaboratively in a team environment
- Apply analytical and problem-solving skills

- Operate mobile devices, tablets or computers for about 50% of the day
- Perform hand grasping, pinching, turning, and reaching above shoulder height
- Travel between Madison locations as necessary
