- At least one year of prior culinary experience in a quality high-volume establishment with an emphasis on cooking from scratch
- Complete knowledge of proper culinary methods techniques and standards
- Ability to use various tools and equipment in the kitchen
- Ability to identify and differentiate food items
- Ability to provide friendly and helpful customer service
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High-level product knowledge
