- Cooking experience required
- high school diploma preferred
- maintain a positive and customer service focused attitude
- be self-directed and able to both give and receive direction clearly
- ability to stand for prolonged periods
- ability to climb stairs
- ability to lift, pull, or push items up to 50 pounds
- early day availability for brunch service
- availability to work weekends and some nights

Job Duties
- Handle the cooking of delicious dishes in the kitchen
- perform routine kitchen tasks such as setting up workstations and ingredients according to recipes
- prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables and cutting meat
- undertake basic cooking duties such as reducing sauces and parboiling food
- prepare dishes for service
- label and stock all ingredients on shelves to ensure organization and easy accessibility
- perform other duties as assigned by manager
