Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive bending, twisting, and reaching
- Ability to work weekends and evening shift from 4 PM to close
- Ability to work in varying kitchen temperatures
- Willingness to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
Job Qualifications

- Ability to work well with others
- Knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety procedures
- Basic knife skills preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and build guides accurately

Job Duties
- Cross-training and working in multiple kitchen stations including salads, fry, grill, and expo
- Preparing recipes as per company guidelines
- Following build guides for every menu item
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment
- Fostering a friendly and team-oriented atmosphere
- Showing effective communication skills
- Attending to special cleaning duties and ensuring food safety
