Job Duties

  • develop knowledge and skills in various cooking procedures and methods such as grill, saute and fry
  • use knives and various kitchen equipment proficiently
  • recreate recipes with consistency
  • minimize food waste through cross utilization
  • collaborate with culinary leadership to create seasonal menus
  • maintain a sanitized and orderly kitchen environment
  • ensure proper storage of food and ingredients
