Job Requirements

  • Must be flexible and able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to perform bending, lifting, and stretching duties
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Vaccination not required
  • Must be able to maintain professionalism in an open kitchen environment

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a line cook preferred
  • Ability to follow standardized recipes and food preparation guidelines
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic food safety knowledge
  • Willingness to cross-train on all kitchen stations
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Prep and stock all items needed to assemble regular menu selections and weekly Pool Kitchen specials
  • Use standardized recipes and presentation photos as guidelines to prepare menu items and specials
  • Cross-train on all Pool Kitchen stations including pantry, grill, flat, pizza, and prep
  • Label and stock all ingredients on shelves in an organized and accessible manner
  • Maintain cleanliness of coolers, countertops, fryer, grill, and char-broiler daily
  • Perform utility duties when utility staff are not scheduled
  • Conduct self professionally due to the open nature of the kitchen
