Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior kitchen experience preferred
- ability to follow recipes and instructions
- knowledge of food safety practices
- physical stamina to stand for long periods
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- legal authorization to work
- willingness to comply with company policies

Job Duties
- execute menu recipes accurately
- ensure proper plate presentation
- prepare menu dishes according to guest requests
- control portions and maintain temperature guidelines
- manage cooking station set up and prep
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of station
- break down and store supplies after shift
