Job Requirements
- minimum of 18 years of age
- food handling certificate required
- ability to work late night shifts that may extend to between 12 AM and 3 AM
- ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
- ability to transport items up to 30 pounds
- remain in stationary position for up to 4 hours throughout work shift
- fluent in English
- works assigned scheduled shifts

Job Duties

- report to work on time and prepared for the shift
- follow all image and appearance standards
- monitor product supply and replenish stock when necessary
- read order tickets and/or listen to what dishes are called to determine what items need to be prepared
- prioritize cooking and preparation times of each order to ensure proper pacing of guest meals
- accommodate guests' special requests
- prepare food items using recipe, proper portioning, and cooking standards
- use FIFO procedures to ensure product freshness and eliminate waste
- maintain high production standards including consistency, firmness, and temperature of food
- ensure food is cooked to standards and guests' specifications
- ensure proper plate presentation, portioning, and recipe adherence
- use proper cooking equipment to prepare food items and complete orders
- clean station floors, counters, tools, cutting boards, and surfaces using proper cleaning solutions
- assist other employees as needed
- demonstrate a helpful, positive attitude at all times
- understand and adhere to safety, sanitation, and administrative procedures
- provide complete and timely communication to other employees throughout the shift
- conduct weekly maintenance duties as prepared
- complete all assigned tasks and duties requested by managers
