Job Duties
- handle, store and rotate food on assigned station
- follow recipes, portion controls and presentation specifications
- maintain a clean and organized station
- set up and monitor steam tables with proper water levels and pans
- heat food to proper temperatures for service
- prepare food items from assigned station
- follow prep lists created by executive or sous chef
