Job Duties

  • handle, store and rotate food on assigned station
  • follow recipes, portion controls and presentation specifications
  • maintain a clean and organized station
  • set up and monitor steam tables with proper water levels and pans
  • heat food to proper temperatures for service
  • prepare food items from assigned station
  • follow prep lists created by executive or sous chef
