Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- able to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment
- able to stand or walk for 100% of the shift
- able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently
- adhere to company dress guidelines
- willing to work days, nights, and/or weekends
- able to follow food safety and sanitation protocols

- previous kitchen experience in a restaurant or hotel preferred

Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games in an ideal environment
- keep immediate supervisor informed of any problems or unusual matters promptly
- adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- safely operate all kitchen equipment
- use chemicals properly for safety and cost control
- ensure proper storage of all products
- prepare and sell food meeting quality and guest expectations
- prepare and cook all food items by recipe and specification
- control costs by following prep sheets to minimize waste
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and station areas
- clean kitchen mats, floors, walls, and drains
- empty kitchen trash and maintain trash cans
- assist other team members as needed
- foster a cooperative and harmonious working climate
- maintain a friendly demeanor while working days, nights, or weekends
