Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • able to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment
  • able to stand or walk for 100% of the shift
  • able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently
  • adhere to company dress guidelines
  • willing to work days, nights, and/or weekends
  • able to follow food safety and sanitation protocols

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous kitchen experience in a restaurant or hotel preferred
  • ability to communicate clearly with team members
  • friendly and approachable personality
  • self-motivated and disciplined
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games in an ideal environment
  • keep immediate supervisor informed of any problems or unusual matters promptly
  • adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • safely operate all kitchen equipment
  • use chemicals properly for safety and cost control
  • ensure proper storage of all products
  • prepare and sell food meeting quality and guest expectations
  • prepare and cook all food items by recipe and specification
  • control costs by following prep sheets to minimize waste
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and station areas
  • clean kitchen mats, floors, walls, and drains
  • empty kitchen trash and maintain trash cans
  • assist other team members as needed
  • foster a cooperative and harmonious working climate
  • maintain a friendly demeanor while working days, nights, or weekends
