Job Requirements
- minimum 1 year cook experience in a related role
- strong cooking and knife skills
- positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments
- ability to work well with others and have good communication skills
- cheerful, presentable, and helpful when dealing with customers
- flexible and long hours including nights and weekends
- ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
- ability to reach overhead and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods

- preparing, cooking, and serving daily menu items
- maintaining food handling, safety, and sanitation standards
- participating effectively in daily food service focusing on portioning, cooking, timing, plate assembly, and communication
- preparing and delivering catering orders with precision and punctuality
- assisting other associates to complete kitchen duties on time
- following proper steps of service as per Convene standards
- ensuring constant sanitation and organization in the kitchen
