Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- ServSafe Certification strongly preferred
- prior experience in a commercial or fast-paced kitchen setting strongly preferred

Job Duties
- Preparing and cooking a streamlined, high-quality menu with speed and consistency
- ensuring all food is plated and presented to brand standards
- maintaining cleanliness and organization of all kitchen and food prep areas
- following food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with SERV Safe and VDACS
- participating in daily kitchen setup, prep, and breakdown
- assisting in refining processes as food program grows and evolves
- communicating clearly with front-of-house staff to ensure timely order delivery
- being adaptable to changing menus, service styles, and team needs
- serving as an ambassador for Starr Hill Brewery
