Job Requirements

- Ability to work weekends
- Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods

- Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is a plus

- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
Job Duties
- Cross-train and work in multiple kitchen stations including salads, fry, grill, and expo
- Prepare amazing and simple recipes by following build guides
- Ensure a clean and sanitary kitchen environment
- Foster a friendly family work environment with efficient communication
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and attend to special cleaning duties
- Prepare food items as directed following recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
