Job Requirements

  • 1 year of full-service restaurant kitchen cook experience
  • Internal candidates in good standing with no performance issues in the past year
  • Combined work experience and education considered
  • Associate's degree in Culinary, Hospitality, Management, or Business preferred but not required
  • State Food Handler's Management Certification required

  • Proven ability to follow recipes and maintain quality standards
  • Excellent knife skills

Job Duties

  • Follow recipes and complete dishes to company standards with the highest quality and craftsmanship
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area
  • Prepare ingredients with excellent knife skills
  • Cook and plate menu items efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Assist in inventory management and stock requisition as needed
