Job Requirements
- 1 year of full-service restaurant kitchen cook experience
- Internal candidates in good standing with no performance issues in the past year
- Combined work experience and education considered
- Associate's degree in Culinary, Hospitality, Management, or Business preferred but not required
- State Food Handler's Management Certification required

- Proven ability to follow recipes and maintain quality standards
- Excellent knife skills

- State Food Handler's Management Certification
Job Duties
- Follow recipes and complete dishes to company standards with the highest quality and craftsmanship
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area
- Prepare ingredients with excellent knife skills
- Cook and plate menu items efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist in inventory management and stock requisition as needed
