Job Qualifications

- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
Job Duties
- Preparing food the Red Robin way including cutting, sauteing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals including meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, and salads
- Adhering to safe food handling and cleanliness rules
- Maintaining kitchen equipment and workspace cleanliness
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation
- Following recipes and portion control guidelines
- Monitoring food quality and presentation
- Assisting in inventory management and food stock rotation
