Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks

Job Duties

  • Preparing food the Red Robin way including cutting, sauteing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals including meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, and salads
  • Adhering to safe food handling and cleanliness rules
  • Maintaining kitchen equipment and workspace cleanliness
  • Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation
  • Following recipes and portion control guidelines
  • Monitoring food quality and presentation
  • Assisting in inventory management and food stock rotation
