Job Requirements
- Full time (30 hours or more) or part time position (30 hours or less) with flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Availability to work shifts from 7 a.m. to 2 a.m. with schedule fluctuations
- Minimum 1 year of full-service restaurant kitchen cook experience
- Internal candidates must be in good standing without performance issues for at least 1 year
- Associate's degree preferred but not required
- State Food Handler's Certification required

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and company standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area
- Handle food with care and ensure safety and hygiene

- Manage ingredient preparation and portion control
- Adhere to all food quality and safety guidelines
- Assist with inventory control and kitchen organization
