Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum of 1 year experience cooking on a line
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to perform all physical functions at the restaurant level, including standing for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 45 pounds frequently
- Knowledge of sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely
- Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness
- Ability to work in hot, cold, and varying temperatures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Job Qualifications
- A culinary degree or comparable experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience cooking on a line
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Passionate about quality local foods and the standards by which it is served
- Superior temperament, adaptable nature, and good communication skills
- Able to work well in a high-pressure, fast-paced work environment
- Demonstrate integrity in all areas, both personal and professional
- Must be able to operate effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly

Job Duties
- Ability to prepare food to the exact specifications of the chef
