Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • high school diploma or ged
  • minimum of 1 year's experience as a cook in a high-volume kitchen preferred
  • proficiency in pos systems
  • current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements
  • ability to verbally communicate in spanish with the crew
  • availability to work evenings, holidays, weekends
  • strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety practices
  • strong communication skills
  • able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook menu items to recipe and quality standards
