- must be able to work saturday and sunday dinners

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a commercial kitchen highly desired but not mandatory
- strong passion for cooking and willingness to learn
- ability to thrive in fast-paced and team-oriented environments
- knowledge of food safety standards is an advantage
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- prepare and cook barbecue dishes according to recipes and quality standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking stations
- assist in inventory management and restocking supplies
- strictly adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
- handle food preparation tasks such as marinating, seasoning, and grilling
- support other kitchen duties as needed
