Job Requirements
- Full-time or part-time availability with flexible schedule
- Minimum 1 year of full-service restaurant kitchen cook experience
- State Food Handler's Certification
- Ability to work shifts ranging from 7 a.m. to 2 a.m., including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Internal candidates must be in good standing with no performance issues
- Combined work experience and education will be considered
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven ability to follow recipes and maintain quality standards
- Excellent knife and cooking skills
- Passion for working with fresh, high-quality ingredients
- Experience working in fast-paced kitchen environments
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Associate's degree in culinary, hospitality, management, or business preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Follow recipes and complete dishes to company standards with highest quality and craftsmanship
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area
- Prepare ingredients with high skill and attention to detail
- Demonstrate excellent knife skills consistently
