Job Requirements
- Full time (30 hours or more) or part time (30 hours or less) flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Availability to work shifts as early as 7 a.m. and as late as 2 a.m.
- Minimum of 1 year full-service restaurant kitchen cook experience
- Internal candidates must be in good standing without performance issues for at least 1 year
- State Food Handler's Certification required
- Associate's degree in Culinary, Hospitality, Management, or Business preferred but not required
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a line cook or in a full-service restaurant kitchen
- Excellent knife skills
- Strong ability to follow recipe standards
- Passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to teamwork and collaboration
- Culinary or related education preferred but not required

- Follow recipes precisely and complete dishes to company standards
- Prepare and cook ingredients with high skill and craftsmanship
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized kitchen workspace
